To log into the app please your Event Organiser log in and password details as supplied by your Account Manager or Customer Support. If you are having problems logging into your account please call Customer Support (7 Days) on 01617 680 580.
- When you have logged into Ticketebo's Door Scan Manager App you will notice that on every screen there is a help information icon - clicking on this icon will provide you assistance around how to use the App at your event.
