Reboot the Roots Present: Go Bananuary!

A Series of Three Events over Three Monday Evenings.

January can feel like a mouldy month after the festive weeks so Reboot the Roots are calling for an eclectic collective of up to twelve folks to get silly whilst playing serious for a series of immersive, embodied and creative workshops. Moving out of our comfort zones from the comfort of our own homes.

Let’s dive into the new year together with practices drawn from fooling, clowning, family/systemic constellations and Theatre of the Oppressed. We'll connect with games, collective care and creative reflections.

11th, 18th, 25th Jan 2021 6-8pm

Week 1 – Play, roots, germination, slow bananas

Week 2 – Deepen branches, maturation, grow apples

Week 3 – Express fruits, harvest, flow pears

Pay What You Can – £15; £30; £45 for all 3 sessions – just pick from the fruit selection at the check-out!

Reboot the Roots is a charity that promotes social inclusion through the arts. We believe that creative tools for social transformation can end alienation and exclusion, enabling people to participate fully and equally in society.

Theatre is a form of knowledge; it should and can also be a means of transforming society. Theatre can help us build our future, rather than just waiting for it.
