SWELL SPRING SUPPER

Join us for an evening of delicious food and great company in our cosy Village Hall. The lovely Susie will be cooking up a storm, and for £24 you will get to enjoy delicious canapes, followed by a main, a Dessert, and finishing with Coffee/Tea and Chocolates.

The Menu Options include.

Selection of Canapes

Mains:

• Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs, Gratin Dauphinois and Tender stem Broccoli.

• Chicken Shashlik- Spiced Chicken Kebabs, Roasted Vegetables and Orzo

• Salmon and Cod Fish Cakes and Watercress Sauce, New Potatoes, French Beans and Peas

• Crispy Gnocchi Traybake, Dressed Mixed Green Salad (V)

Dessert

• Rose Poached Pears, Shortbread Biscuit and Crème Fraiche

• White Chocolate and Raspberry Puff Bar

• Lemon Bread and Butter Pudding and Custard

• Apple Dumplings and Caramel Ice Cream
