About Figsbury Challenge 2024
The Figsbury Challenge is a successful event that has been organised for more than 20 years by the Friends of Winterbourne Earls Primary School (FoWES) and raises funds for the school.
The day consists of 3 separate races:
• 1km run for children in Reception, years 1 and 2
• 3km run for children in years 3-5
• 5km run for children in year 6 upwards as well as adults. Walkers are welcome to enter the 5km race.
The event is a multi-terrain challenging course that runs up and around Figsbury Rings, the 1km and 3km are suitable for younger ages and the 5km for children in year 6 and above, along with Adults. Walkers are also welcome on the 5km course.
Fancy dress is encouraged and keep your eye out for Figsbury fox!
