There are a limited number of camping plots available. In order to book a plot you will need to read and agree to the Camping Terms and Conditions. Available HERE
Check in Friday midday, check out, Monday morning, you are able to stay within this time frame for as long as you like however £40 camping fee and entry fees still apply.
Entry to the site itself on Friday is not until 5pm.
Weekend Camping Tickets also include free entry into the evening entertainment.
Weekend Camping Tickets are only available to those that book a Camping Plot.
Pitches will be allocated prior to arrival. If you wish to camp next to friends please inform us in advance as no changes will be possible on the day.
● There are no electric hook-ups on site.
● All camping equipment (vehicle, awning etc) must fit within the pitch boundary.
● Fresh water, Elsan points, rubbish bins and toilets will be provided.
● All pitches are on grass.
● Dogs welcome but must kept on leads, well behaved & any mess cleared up.
● Please keep noise to a minimum and respect others: noise deemed excessive by the show organisers will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave.
● No generators between 10pm & 7am.
● BBQs – No ground-level disposable BBQs are permitted due to fire risk. Other types of BBQ are permitted, for further information, please ask.
● No glass bottles are permitted on site – bags will be subject to security checks.
● Wristbands will be provided and must be worn at all times.
● Three Okefords Preservation Society accept no liability for any damage or injury caused whilst on site.
