Fulltone Music Festival – Terms & Conditions of Ticket Sale
• All tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of cancellation prior to the festival (see below).
• Tickets are non-transferable. Only the named ticket holder will be granted entry. A weekend ticket cannot be shared. If a weekend ticket is purchased, it is for that booking name only and cannot be transferred to a second person on the second day. Day tickets can be purchased for that purpose.
• Valid tickets or digital ticket codes must be presented at the entry gate.
• If there is any doubt about the ownership of a ticket or code, Fulltone Festival reserves the right to request proof of identity or confirmation details from the original booking.
• On first entry, tickets are exchanged for wristbands, which must be worn at all times within the Festival site. Lost or stolen tickets/wristbands cannot be replaced without photo ID.
• Lost wristbands may be replaced at the discretion of festival staff upon presentation of valid ID. We cannot guarantee replacement access in all cases.
• In the unlikely event that the festival is abandoned after opening, it will be deemed to have taken place and no refunds will be issued.
• Fulltone Festival accepts no liability for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on site.
• Once a booking is completed, ticket quantities cannot be altered. Partial cancellations are not permitted. Additional tickets must be purchased through a new booking.
• All ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used in future publicity.
