Using the most modern tools available to you today is simply carrying on the tradition of innovation.
Buying online, is no longer unusual to most people, whatever their age. And whilst many rally attendees are young people, with or without children who are used to doing everything online; most people these days are used to buying tickets, groceries and doing their banking online. The event being attended, rarely changes the buying behaviour of the attendee.
Whilst some rallies do still only accept cash on the gate, most now take card payment. The tradition of the rally doesn't change, but the buying behaviour of the attendees most definitely has. Offering advance online tickets is simply offering another way for people to buy their tickets in the way that they want to. At large outdoor events like steam rallies, managing entry points efficiently is vital. We can also supply staff to train up your volunteers, and be on site throughout your event to help ensure everything runs smoothly. There are of course multiple options around card processing, simply ask our team and we can talk you through different options. People often tell us that they are nervous about moving to an online ticketing platform as they dont know where to start setting everything up, and getting their events live. With Ticketebo there is no need to worry, it is very simple. We set everything up for you, so you really do not need any technical knowledge at all. All we need from you is a clear event brief for each event telling us the details that you want including on your pages (and we can help talk you through this too if needed). Once we have received this along with any artwork you have, we build your home page and event pages for you. Setup Ticket types, discount codes, set up your ticket scanning app, etc etc. And of course we are always available to make changes should you need to move things around later. For paid events we don't have to charge the Event Organiser anything for online tickets! Our model is to charge the consumer a small Booking Fee of 4.95% (Inc VAT) of the ticket price (or a minimum of 75p) per order. Please note our charges are per order, NOT per ticket. This invariably means that our fees are often around half the price of most online ticket platforms in the UK today. Which is great for you, and your customers.
