IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Sunday 29th March.
As the clocks will have just changed entry from 8am, registration from 9am. Ploughing to commence at 10am.
● Have a Go Area - not judged, experienced tutors available to instruct & guide, you are welcome to bring your own machinery if you have it, please provide details, or use equipment provided.
● Entry Fee DOES NOT include food, refreshments will be available to purchase on site.
● If the weather conditions prevent the match taking place on 29th March then we will try again on 12th April - all entrants will be informed.
● As set by The Society of Ploughmen, to be eligible for the Vintage classes (trailed and mounted) tractors MUST have been in production by 31st December 1959.
● We are pleased to welcome under 16 year olds to plough this year but they MUST have their own public liability insurance.
● Spectators welcome - free of charge.

Key Insurance and Safety Rules
Public Liability Insurance is Mandatory: All competitors must have valid public liability insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate needs to be uploaded when booking.
Responsibility Disclaimer: Competitors are solely responsible for any damage they cause and are expected to indemnify the match organisers against any claims.
Road Use Compliance: If a tractor is used on a public highway to reach or leave the event, it must be fully taxed and insured for road use, in addition to the event's public liability requirements.
Health & Safety Regulations: Competitors are reminded that it is their responsibility to be aware of and comply with all current Health & Safety Executive (HSE) regulations and applicable laws. PTO guards etc.
Vehicle Safety and Operation:
Tractors must be driven at walking pace when on the event site.
Only the driver is permitted on the tractor while in motion.
Tractors not in motion with their engines running must have the owner or a representative in attendance at all times.
