Organiser data deletion and account removal

It is a requirement of Google that we provide a process whereby "users can use to request that their account and associated data is deleted". This specifically applies to the following Android device apps hosted by Google Play Store. Note that as there are no personal user accounts, this is the Ticketebo Ltd. corporate business account for event organsisers, whether individuals or incorporated entities.

The Process

Please email your account manager USING YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT REGISTERED WITH US and tell them what you want to do. They will get in touch with you to confirm that the request is not malicious and clarify exactly what you want deleting and start the process. Alternatively you can contact us by the phone number provided to you. Since the process is irreversible and may cause considerable harm to you business, we will ask for written confirmation of exactly what is to be removed from your confirmed authorised representative or agent.

What we can delete

We can disable your account and remove:

• All information about your organisation except for identifying information for tax purposes, (at least organisation name, company number and VAT registration where applicable);
• Organisation/Organiser email address and telephone numbers;
• Any other personal information about contact persons such as name and address;
• All your events. Note that tickets for ongoing events will be voided and unusable;

What we cannot delete

• Information about your organisation required for tax records; at least organisation name, company number and GST registration where applicable;
• Any patron ticket orders made on you behalf. This financial transaction data needs to be kept to satisfy UK Inland Revenue accounting requirements for their minimum time period.
