Organisations and groups are advised to contact us by email to book their carers' tickets.

Benefit Award Letter: A recent letter (within 1 year) confirming entitlement to PIP (Personal Independence Payment), DLA (Disability Living Allowance for children or adults), or Attendance Allowance

Carer Allowance Letter: A letter from the local authority confirming you receive Carer’s Allowance.

Access Card +1: This card may be used but must show the level of care and may need one of the above pieces of supporting documentation.
