Ulskelf, the hill giant, has been expelled from his chieftain’s brotherhood and is living in exile with a tribe of goblins. Ulskelf wants to restore friendly relations between himself and his chieftain using stolen gold as tribute. This must be paid before the giants hold their annual harvest moon beer festival. The players will role-play adventurers hired by the local townspeople to recover the gold stolen by goblin raiders. The players encounter wolves, goblins and traps before the final confrontation with the giant. The players face the dilemma of allowing the giant to leave the area with his gold or to fight the giant and recover the gold for the townspeople.

The adventure setting will be a wilderness area of crags and caves.

This will be a suitable adventure for beginners new to D&D. The game will be played with painted miniature figures and floorplans.
