About THE Christmas Model Railway Show – Manchester 2025!
The Christmas Model Railway Show returns to our central Manchester venue on December 13th and 14th. This is our Centenary Exhibition – it’s going to be a very special show! Even by our standards, the invited layouts are exceptional, with numerous award winners and SIX layouts making their public debut. All the rest have featured in at least one of the main railway modelling magazines.
The venue has excellent public transport links, so leave the car at home and enjoy your day out! It's the perfect pre-Christmas treat for all the family.
The nearest mainline rail station is Oxford Road - approx 600m. The venue is served by 34 different bus routes and the nearest tram stops are St Peter's Square, and Piccadilly station, both approx 1000m. There are only Blue Badge parking spaces at the venue but there are two multi-Storey car parks within 300m.
The catering will offer hot and cold drinks and light meals. There will be a dining space for visitors who bring their own food, and passes will be available for those who wish to use one of the numerous fast food outlets near the venue.
Please note that whilst photography and filming are allowed (subject to the agreement of the layout owner) live streaming of the event is prohibited.
