A boutique celebration of some of the finest local and national Independent Craft Brewers, in the historic and atmospheric heart of Lancaster Castle.
Private access to the prison A wing, the Chapel Courtyard, and the ground floor of the Castle Keep, dating back to 1093.
May 15th to 16th 2026
The UK's first and only Craft Beer Festival....in a Prison...in a Castle...Owned by the King!
Featuring 18 independent craft breweries, 40+ beers, Meet the Brewers, Live Music and food from Wrap Ninjas
Private Cells will include:
• Dedicated use of one cell in A wing with table and benches
• 12 drinks tokens on entry and
• 15 minutes early access to the Castle / bar area
• Very limited availability
Important Information
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to other people.
This is a cashless event cards and contactless only .
No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere in the Castle grounds.
Last orders will be 20 minutes before we close for each session.
Tickets to be shown on smart phone or printed off.
On the evening sessions the Castle is closed to the public so you will have to show them at the main gate and then the entrance to A-wing.
