About Alice House Hospice’s Haunted Mansion

This eerie tour is designed to be spooky, not scary – perfect for brave little explorers and families looking for Halloween fun. No gore, just ghostly giggles.
Outside, enjoy a variety of attractions, stalls and delicious food vendors in the mansion’s grounds - a lively hub of Halloween fun for all ages.
Please note: Due to the historic nature of the building, there is no lift access and multiple staircases. As such, the tour is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.

Terms & Conditions
By buying a ticket and/or attending Alice House Hospice’s Haunted Mansion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Conditions of Entry
• All attendees must hold a valid ticket.
• Tickets are £5 per person plus booking fee.
• Tickets should be purchased in advance. Any remaining places may be sold on the night on a first come, first served basis.
• Maximum capacity: 60 people per session (20 for SEN-friendly sessions).
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+) at all times.
• All other attendees must pay, including children and OAPs. No further concessions will be made, other than those outlined in these terms.
• Entry may be refused or withdrawn at the organisers’ discretion if attendees behave inappropriately, are disruptive, or present a safety risk.
2. Access Limitations
• Due to the historic nature of the building, there is no lift access and multiple staircases.
• The tour is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
• Please consider this before purchasing tickets, as refunds will not be given.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In the unlikely event that the organisers cancel the event, a refund (excluding booking fees) will be offered.
4. Health & Safety
• Attendees must follow the instructions of staff and volunteers at all times.
• The event is designed to be spooky but not scary; no gore or extreme effects will be used.
• No running, pushing, or unsafe behaviour is permitted inside the venue.
• For the safety of all, no dogs or pets are allowed (except registered assistance dogs).
5. Liability Waiver
• Attendance is at your own risk. Alice House Hospice and event organisers accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Parents/guardians remain responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children under their care.
6. Data Protection
• By purchasing tickets, you consent to your booking details being used for event administration purposes. Data will be handled in compliance with UK GDPR legislation.
7. Charitable Purpose
• All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to support the care services of Alice House Hospice (Registered Charity No. 510824).
8. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You accept all conditions of entry and participation.
• You understand that tickets are non-refundable.
